Please follow the cunningly titled 'Band Application' page on this website! This ensures we get the details we need, and you will get considered. There's a link under this 'Talk To Us' tab and in the site map at the bottom. If you don't help us with what we need, we can't/won't help you! Be aware we get hundreds of applications...

 

Noise complaints

​

All loud music will stop by 23:00 each evening.  Call the Festival Director on the number below if noise from the festival is causing a nuisance to you, or if you can't get through call Festival Administration.

Urgent contact during the festival

During the festival itself there will be two dedicated mobile phone numbers. These numbers will NOT be in use at other times.

​

Initially call Festival Administration on 07748-117938 who will best be able to deal with any issues that arise.

​

Failing this, for urgent messages the Festival Director can be contacted on 07748-117936.
