C.R.F. 17-20 June 2021

v.C.R.F. 18-21 June 2020

Virtual CRF - 18th-21st June 2020

As we can't hold our normal (live) festival on the planned days, we're going to hold 'Virtually the Cambridge Rock Festival 2020' instead! This will feature entirely recording from previous CRF events, as far as possible in high definition, over the full hours and days that the festival should have taken place, so you can get as close as you can to the real thing - starting 5.30pm on Thursday 18th June and 11am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday until 11pm. More details coming on the links:

The next full CRF will be 17th-20th June 2021

As it is  not feasible to hold CRF20 on the original dates of 18-21 June this year, we have postponed the event to the equivalent dates next year with potentially the same bands in the same slots. For more details of the decision and the background to it, click the link here:

Cambridge Rock Festival is run by volunteer music fans for music fans, with a great friendly, non-corporate vibe! 2020 was scheduled to showcase around 65 acts appearing over four days on three stages at our new site in Cambridgeshire at the East Of England Showground, Peterborough, just a couple of minutes drive off of the A1(M). Due to the coronavirus, the event is postponed to June 2021 but as long as the bands are able to do so, the intention is to retain the planned line-up!

Our new site will have great benefits for you, the fans, including tiered seating, hard standing for cars, permanent buildings, better transport links and cheaper accommodation for those not wishing to camp. It will also make life easier for us and we hope secure the CRF for the future! More details of the changes relating to the new venue can be found here

The festival will continue to feature its usual real-ale bars (other drinks are available!) and the new specialist gin, Pimms & prosecco bar and there will still be an outside seating areaOn-site camping with parking by your tent and free car parking will all continue.
